Party A and Party B signed the Labor Contract on MM/DD/YYYY, Party B was employed and paid by Party A. Both parties agreed to sign the Agreement through consensus on a voluntary and equal basis.

If any provision of the Agreement is recognized to be in violation of the law by the competent authority, the remaining provisions hereof will remain intact and effective.
